So the $64K question is: Is being a SAHM and a homemaker a "24/7" job?
Answer: If it is, you're an idiot.
First and foremost, being a parent is a 24/7 job, whether you're mother or father, SAH or WOH. So no pity points there.
So is being a homemaker a 24/7 job? Maybe, if you're polishing candlesticks at 3am.
And no one's holding a gun to your head telling you to make meal plans in your head.
And like you'd really get fired if you didn't do your "job". Hell, all you need to do is claim that you're so busy that you need to hire a maid!
